Santa Joe loves special and surprise requests. He is happy to accommodate your requests, if possible. He loves to make your event personal and special and goes out of his way to make it happen. He has done surprise appearances at birthday parties, births, wedding receptions, and private dinner parties. He’s always up for a challenge! What does a typical Santa Joe visit include? Just like a snowflake, no two visits are alike. Santa Joe works with you to custom-make special and magical events for everyone to remember.

No. Santa does not eat at the event, though he would like to! He wants to devout all of his available time for the children and guests. He will be happy to accept a to-go package when leaving if you insist, especially cookies!

Santa Joe has graduated from the International University of Santa Claus and has been instructed by one of the most well-known and experienced Santa’s in the United States. He is a real-bearded Santa with an authentic and natural white beard – yes, the kids can pull on it and see for themselves, that Santa is real! 

Santa Joe makes it a point to visit with everyone – young and old. He loves to work the crowd and make everyone feel special. Santa Joe’s suits are custom-made Hollywood, California, and come with an authentic custom leather belt and specially designed buckle and boots. Everything is premium quality with this Santa.  The image is important for children, as well as adults, and every detail has been thoroughly checked and rechecked to turn doubters into believers.

Santa Joe has been vetted with an FBI background check for 30 years. Santa Joe can always provide references if desired. In addition, he is insured and has been background checked by three national organizations - so Santa Joe is triple background checked!

Santa Joe is covered with an individual insurance policy with a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy with USLI, a Berkshire Hathaway Company.

While Mrs. Claus prefers to stay behind the scenes and supervise things at the North Pole, when Santa is gone, she does on occasion accompany Santa if requested. She loves to see and talk to the children, so ask for her, and she will be there if her schedule permits.

When booking with Santa Joe, the day and time are locked in and guaranteed. Santa Joe will not take another appointment, often giving up other potential business, because the date and time are reserved exclusively for your visit. If the event is canceled for any reason the retainer is non-refundable. Santa Joe cannot change times or dates once a booking is made.
